ROHTANG
PASS

Experience nature in one of its rawest forms with a visit to Rohtang Pass. With an altitude of 3,978 meters, it offers a spectacular view of the mountains. The pass remains open from June to October, and can only be reached by road. It is not particularly high or difficult to cross on foot by Himalayan standards, but still has a well-deserved reputation for being dangerous due to unpredictable snowstorms and blizzards. Snow can be seen here almost throughout the year.
